TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this submission are all civil engineering works for the West stage of the new ARA Thurau, including the PFAS contaminated site remediation in the affected areas (see excavation pit plans and the other documents in the appendices to the invitation to tender). The PFAS remediation is carried out in parallel with the project. This essentially includes the following works: * Stripping of topsoil and disposal of the contaminated topsoil material in accordance with the law * Creation of intermediate storage facilities for triage of the excavated material * Establishment of the required site facilities * Excavation of the excavation pit (triage procedure) and disposal of the contaminated excavated material in accordance with the law (contaminated site remediation) including disposal costs, i.e. transport and disposal of the remaining material in accordance with the permitted disposal routes including fees. * Creation and maintenance of the excavation pit shoring/protection * Creation and maintenance of dewatering (standard open water management including settling tanks and neutralisation) * Creation and maintenance of water treatment (PFAS elimination from…
