TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract covers a project management assistance mission for the heritage and technical diagnostic mission concerning the restoration project of the King Khaled Palace in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The services are divided into 3 missions: > Mission 1A – Preparation of a heritage, sanitary and technical diagnostic of the palace > Mission 2B – Development of a restoration programme for built spaces, including the mosque and the garden > Mission 3E – Definition and drafting of a detailed programme for the reuse of the site The contract is a composite contract comprising: - A section covered at lump-sum prices in accordance with the DPGF and corresponding to the services whose performance is initiated upon notification of the contract. - A purchase-order section covered at unit prices in accordance with the BPU and taking the form of a framework agreement, for the services that will be subject to a subsequent purchase order depending on the needs of the OPPIC (additional services and travel in Saudi Arabia).
