TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service group “Technical Application Operations” is responsible within the IT-DLZ for the support of our customers’ specialist applications. The specialist applications supported are as diverse as the authorities landscape of the Free State of Bavaria. The objective of this award procedure is to obtain support as a Systems Administrator/Engineer for the technical as well as organizational support of various specialist applications. The advertised service essentially includes support with installing the application, applying updates and hotfixes, and analyzing incidents and resolving them. Performance period 9 months after award. Scope of services 190 PT. 1. Optional increase by 188 PT with a contract extension of 9 months.
