TENDER DESCRIPTION
The “Technical Application Operations” service group is responsible within the IT-DLZ for the support of our customers’ specialist procedures. The specialist procedures covered are as diverse as the authorities landscape in the Free State of Bavaria. The objective of the contract award is to obtain support as a Systems Administrator/Engineer for the technical and organisational support of various specialist procedures. The advertised service essentially includes support for installing the application, applying updates and hotfixes, as well as analysing incidents and remedying them. Performance period: 9 months after the award of the contract. Scope of performance: 190 PT. 1. Optional increase by 188 PT with an extension by 9 months.
