TENDER DESCRIPTION

Preserving and rapidly enabling a digitally competent workforce society, which—despite demographic change and a shortage of skilled labour—contributes to a productive and competitive national economy, is in the strategic interest of the Federal Government. For the competitiveness of companies, above all securing the skilled workforce base is decisive. Given an ageing society, there is an urgent need for action to keep employees in companies for as long as possible under good and healthy working conditions, to unlock unused domestic potential and to shape the world of work in a more inclusive and diverse manner. Digital technologies, and above all Artificial Intelligence (AI), make it possible to keep people with age-related, cognitive or mental impairments in the labour market for longer and in a healthier way or to integrate them, and to create an age- and disability-appropriate working environment.
