TENDER DESCRIPTION

Safeguarding and promptly enabling a digitally competent workforce society, which—despite demographic change and a shortage of skilled workers—contributes to a productive and competitive national economy, is in the strategic interest of the Federal Government. For companies’ competitiveness, above all, securing the skilled-workforce base is crucial. In view of an ageing society, there is an urgent need for action to keep employees in companies for as long as possible under good and healthy working conditions, to tap into unused domestic potential, and to make the world of work more inclusive and diverse. Digital technologies, and in particular Artificial Intelligence (AI), make it possible to keep people with age-related, cognitive or mental impairments in the labour market longer and in healthier conditions, or to integrate them, and to create an age- and disability-appropriate working environment.
