TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is occupational medical care starting from 01.01.2027 for the employees of the Coesfeld District Administration. The services include occupational medical/occupational health care in accordance with the legal foundations and other regulations for occupational safety and health in the currently applicable version. The services are to be provided on the premises of the District Administration, including its external, ancillary and service offices. This excludes office activities and telephone consultations. The services of occupational medical care also include conducting occupational medical examinations (mandatory, offer and wish examinations) in accordance with the Ordinance on Occupational Medical Care (ArbMedVV) and, if needed, examinations in accordance with the principles of the employers’ liability insurance associations, in particular the principles G20, G24, G25, G37, G41, G42. The provision of vaccinations, the performance and assessment of (operational) inspections in accordance with Section 3 of ASiG, as well as attendance at meetings of the Committee for Occupational Safety and Health are also part of the occupational medical care.…
