The contract timeline is as follows:

Contract Start Date: The framework agreement is valid from January 1, 2027.

Contract End Date: The initial period of the framework agreement runs until December 31, 2030.

Total Duration: The basic period is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030. The client has an option to extend the framework agreement by up to 24 months under unchanged terms.

• Dispatch of tender notice to TED: August 28, 2026.
• Inquiry deadline: September 15, 2026.
• Response deadline: September 21, 2026.
• Tender deadline: September 29, 2026, at 12:00.
• Submission of samples for Park & Vej (sub-agreement 1): October 5, 2026, between 10:00-14:00.
• Submission of samples for sub-agreements 2, 4, 5, and 6: October 7, 2026, between 10:00-14:00.
• Collection of documentation: 2 weeks.
• Expected publication of the result of the tender: Week 45-46.
• A 10-day standstill period will follow, after which the framework agreement can be signed.
• Delivery Start: Expected delivery start is January 1, 2027.
• Termination Clauses:
• During the basic period, the framework agreement can be terminated by the client with 6 months' notice.
• During the basic period, the framework agreement can be terminated by the supplier with 12 months' notice.
• The agreement is non-cancellable for both parties during any extension period.
• The client is entitled to terminate the agreement with a minimum of 1 month's notice if the Complaints Board for Public Procurement or a court annuls the client's decision to award the agreement or orders the client to terminate it.
