TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to the split of Waternet as of January 2026, for the Water Authority Amstel, Gooi and Vecht (hereinafter AGV) a separate procurement is required for occupational health services. The assignment is aimed at concluding a framework agreement with one Contracting Party for comprehensive occupational health services for AGV for a period of up to a maximum of 4 years. The services include, among other things, sickness absence guidance, deployment of occupational physicians, labour experts (arbeidsdeskundigen) and work and social services (bedrijfsmaatschappelijk werk), within AGV’s own management model. In addition, the Contracting Party must contribute to prevention, sustainable employability, social-medical advice and reducing sickness absence. With this procurement, AGV intends to contract high-quality and future-proof occupational health services that align with organisational development and statutory obligations.
