TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contract involves the provision of certified occupational health services for the Contracting Authority. The Contract includes in any event: 1. Absence prevention and sickness absence support; 2. Support as part of the Wet verbetering poortwachter (Improvement of the Gatekeeper System Act); 3. Offering (anonymous) occupational health and safety consultations; 4. Support with safety and prevention, aimed at reducing sickness absence; 5. Communication with managers and employees about sickness absence and prevention; 6. Sickness absence administration and registration; 7. Support in strengthening the Contracting Authority’s own control and governance, including by means of an annual sickness absence analysis with advice to the board of directors, the Management Team (MT) and the works council (OR).
