TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include support in process guidance and communication regarding the updated Sigmaplan and the various underlying subprojects within this updated Sigmaplan. The support can roughly be divided into the following categories: - Process guidance of the Sigmaplan: o monitoring, implementing and facilitating the process structure and the consultation structure of the Sigmaplan; o seconding an employee/communication officer (minimum 2 days/week) to the contracting authority's offices to carry out communication supportive tasks; o preparing, organizing and holding monthly communication meetings with the contracting authority; o organizational and substantive guidance of various site visits to various subprojects of the Sigmaplan; - Strategic communication of the Sigmaplan: o periodically evaluating and determining the communication strategy for the Sigmaplan; o ad hoc organizing of information markets and press moments; o providing specific (strategic) communication advice upon request of the contracting authority; - Executive communication of the Sigmaplan: o drafting, designing, producing, managing, updating and optimizing all kinds of digital and non-digital publications…
