TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality wishes to have the paper archives to be permanently kept processed. These archives are (in the longer term) to be transferred to the Regionaal Archief Noordwest Utrecht (RANU). The assignment focuses on processing and remaining cleanup of a number of archival blocks as described in the document “Opdrachtbeschrijving archiefbewerking De Ronde Venen”. It is important to note that the archival parts have already been cleaned previously. What is still required is a final final check (at a high level). Any documents or files still to be found, to be destroyed, shall be kept separately and recorded on a list of records to be destroyed. Further handling thereof is carried out by the municipality. Assessment at document level is not required.
