TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the project, the refurbishment and modernization of the residential accommodation complex is to be carried out. It consists of two building rows with 3 residential houses each, located at Robert-Koch-Straße 5-15, 52066 Aachen. Basic services: - HOAI performance phases 1 to 9 Special services: - Building condition survey (LPH 1): Reviewing and cross-checking the submitted existing-condition documents with the actual building stock. Additional research in the archives of the building supervisory authority and building management for supplementary information (elevations, sections, etc.). If necessary, supplementing and/or correcting the building plan documents (including floor plans and sections). Preparation of digital 2D existing-condition documents for all floors. The accuracy of the documents must be sufficient for the construction task. The building condition survey is to be documented and handed over to the client (AG) (file formats dwg and pdf).
