TENDER DESCRIPTION
Project management services with BIM for the following project: The Site Area A project includes the new construction of a laboratory building, a gatehouse and a multi-storey car park. In the laboratory building, the chemical/process engineering laboratory and the microbiological laboratory are to be accommodated. The building also includes storage and office areas. The gatehouse is intended to serve as a central access point to the plant site on Sipplingen Hill. To cover the parking space requirements of employees and visitors, a multi-storey car park is to be built here in a central location. 2. BUILDING PLOT (CONSTRUCTION AREA) The building plot marked in the illustration below represents a binding outer boundary which must be complied with upon submission of a final and binding tender. The building plot consists of an approximately 5,500 m² plot of land, which is enclosed by operating roads and includes the so-called air receiver (windkessel) plant.
