Project management services with BIM for the following project: The Site A project includes the construction of a new laboratory building, a gatehouse and a car park. The laboratory building is intended to house the chemical/process engineering laboratory and the microbiological laboratory. The building also includes storage and office areas. The gatehouse is to serve as the central access point to the factory site on Sipplingen Hill. To meet the parking space requirements of employees and visitors, a car park is to be constructed here in a central location. 2. BUILDING ZONE The building zone marked in the representation below is a binding external boundary which must be complied with when submitting a final and binding tender. The building zone consists of a plot of land of approximately 5,500 m², which is bordered by the operating roads and includes the so-called windkessel system.
