TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter is construction work consisting in the construction of buildings of a pavilion-style residential building, five terraced family houses with two residential units, and five terraced family houses with one residential unit, which form part of the newly designed senior area in Velké Bílovice. The design also includes a solution for in-plot utility infrastructure distribution networks and in-plot communication routes, including their connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. Furthermore, the design includes a solution for the blue-green inner courtyard. The buildings are proposed as the II stage of the senior area; within stage I, a senior home facility was constructed.
