TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter is construction works consisting in the construction of buildings of a walkway apartment building, five terraced family houses with two apartment units and five terraced family houses with one apartment unit, which are part of a newly designed senior citizens’ area in Velké Bílovice. The design also includes the solution for in-site utility infrastructure distribution systems, in-site communications, including their connection to the existing transport and technical infrastructure. Furthermore, the design includes the solution for a blue-green inner courtyard. The buildings are proposed as Phase II of the senior citizens’ area; within Phase I, the senior citizens’ home building was constructed.
