TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter consists of construction works involving the construction of verandah apartment buildings, five terraced family houses with two dwelling units, and five terraced family houses with one dwelling unit, which are part of the newly proposed senior residential area in Velké Bílovice. The design also includes the solution for in-plot utility infrastructure distribution networks and in-plot access roads, including their connection to the existing transport and utility infrastructure. Furthermore, the design includes the solution for a blue-and-green inner courtyard. The buildings are proposed as the II stage of the senior area; within the I stage, a senior home facility was constructed.
