TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procurement includes a case management system, an e-service platform and a contact centre function for Customer Services as well as other relevant operations, e.g. the Social Services Department and HR. The system must include the operator console application function against all of the municipalities’ existing telephone exchanges; the current exchange is Mitel MX-One. The exchange is shared between six (6) cooperating municipalities.
