TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the performance of preliminary archaeological investigations in accordance with the cultural heritage protection conditions No 35106-0787-13/2025, dated 25. 9. 2025, and all other services, in accordance with the requirements and conditions of the contracting authority arising from the documentation relating to the award of the public contract. The investment is co-financed by the European Union under the Cohesion Policy Programme 2021–2027 in Slovenia, Priority 5 “Sustainable (cross-)regional mobility and connectivity”, the specific objective RSO 3.2 “Developing and strengthening sustainable, smart and intermodal national, regional and local mobility that is resilient to climate change, including better access to the TEN-T network and cross-border mobility” and within the Programme for the allocation of funds of the Climate Fund for the years 2025 – 2028, Measure 2.1 Investments in infrastructure for sustainable mobility.
