TENDER DESCRIPTION
Locum intends to procure architectural services for programme design and the options for system design as well as building design, including production monitoring and contract documents. This procurement relates to an assignment that shall be led, carried out and coordinated by the Contracting/engaging responsible architect. Under the Contracting/engaging responsible architect, the Handling/processing architect and the Contributing architect shall work as needed in the assignment. Two different Handling/processing architects are required who are responsible for psychiatry and respectively the logistics centre, taking account of efficiency since they are different tenants/customers. This work will be carried out in parallel.
