TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the annual production of Malmö city’s newspaper Spaning. The assignment includes, among other things, project management and editorial work, journalistic text production, photographing and managing photo consent forms, design and layout, development of crosswords, proofreading, fact-checking, as well as development of print-ready material and coordination with the designated print shop. The newspaper is expected to be published three times per year and comprise approximately 28 pages per issue. Printing, addressing and distribution are not included in the assignment.
