TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH intends to award the supply of ball valves for direct-burial installation for the Spange Grindel-Eppendorf (SGE) project to an external contractor. The subject of the contract is the supply of buried pipeline valves/ball valves from the manufacturer Böhmer GmbH in different designs and nominal sizes for the project-specific requirements of lots 2, 4 and 6. The ball valves are intended for use in the client’s grid infrastructure. The scope of supply includes in particular: - ball valves for direct-burial installation in different nominal sizes in the range from DN 80 to DN 500 - ball valves for high-point venting, low-point draining and intermediate-space venting - associated component kits for dome structures - individual valves for installation in manholes and/or special applications The valves are intended for use in the district heating network and must comply with the relevant technical requirements, standards, rule sets and quality requirements of the client.
