TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH intends to award the supply of ball valves for direct-buried installation for the Spange Grindel-Eppendorf (SGE) project to an external contractor. The subject of the contract is the supply of underground fittings/ball valves from the manufacturer Böhmer GmbH in different designs and nominal sizes for the project-related requirements of lots 2, 4 and 6. The ball valves are intended for use in the contracting authority’s grid infrastructure. The scope of delivery includes in particular: - ball valves for direct-buried installation in different nominal sizes in the range from DN 80 to DN 500 - ball valves for high-point venting, low-point draining and intermediate space venting - associated component sets for dome installations - individual fittings for installation in shafts or special applications The fittings are intended for use in the district heating network and must comply with the relevant technical requirements, standards, rules and regulations and quality requirements of the contracting authority.
