TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the planning, manufacture and delivery of three piggable valve groups (DN 600, continuously piggable) for the following valve stations: - Valve station km 0.0 Leidingen (receiving facility): valve group with an option for subsequent installation of a gas pressure regulating and metering system (GDRMA). - Valve station km 7.1 Kerlingen-Oberlimberg: valve group - Valve station km 16.5 Dillingen (delivery facility): valve group + outlet for a mobile pigging system The scope of services of the contractor (AN) includes in particular: - Detailed design, including: dimensioning and calculation of the components to be used in accordance with AD 2000 or DVGW G463, preparation of CAD drawings, structural design for the stable foundation of the valve groups and other components - Procurement of all components and pre-assembly of the ready-for-operation valve groups. - Performance of tightness tests and ISO tests prior to delivery - Transport of the pre-tested valve groups including all components to the respective installation location (station areas) - "delivery free site including unloading" The subject of the invitation to tender is the…
