The procurement includes the preparation of a general plan for the Arolammi raw timber loading site. The design area is located approximately 3 km south of the Riihimäki transport hub. The design area is currently land used for agriculture and forestry. A preliminary assessment has been prepared for the Arolammi raw timber loading site. The task is to prepare, based on the preliminary assessment, a general plan for the Arolammi raw timber loading site in accordance with the Railways Act.
