TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the preparation, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the monitoring run. This includes in particular the selection of suitable survey areas within the specified area pools of the state monitoring, the necessary coordination with land users and farm operators, the carrying out of field surveys in accordance with the binding methodological requirements, and the recording and assessment of population- and habitat-related parameters. The fieldwork is to be carried out in the survey years 2027 and 2028. Each monitoring area is to be processed once in full within the contract period. As a rule, the processing is to be carried out approximately half in the years 2027 and 2028; deviations of up to 10% between the year slices are permitted. The contract covers a total of eleven monitoring areas in Saxony-Anhalt. For each monitoring area, the defined areas of the federal monitoring and the area pools of the state monitoring are to be processed. For each monitoring area, a cultivated field area of a total of about 350 ha is regularly to be surveyed; of this, due to the specified mapping methodology, about 70 ha are attributable to the actual mapping area.…
