TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the preparation, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the monitoring round. In particular, this includes selecting suitable survey areas within the specified area pools of the state monitoring, required coordination with land users and operators, carrying out the field surveys in accordance with the binding methodological requirements, as well as recording and assessing population- and habitat-related parameters. The field work is to be carried out in the survey years 2027 and 2028. Each monitoring area is to be processed once in full within the contract period. As a rule, the processing is to be carried out approximately half in the years 2027 and 2028; deviations of up to 10% between the year sections are permitted. The contract covers a total of eleven monitoring areas in Saxony-Anhalt. For each monitoring area, the designated federal monitoring areas as well as the area pools of the state monitoring must be processed. For each monitoring area, regularly a total of around 350 ha of arable land is to be investigated; of this, based on the specified mapping methodology, approximately 70 ha account for the actual mapping area.
