TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the preparation, implementation, evaluation and documentation of the monitoring round. This includes in particular the selection of suitable survey areas within the predetermined area pools of the state monitoring, the required coordination with land users and operators, the conduct of field surveys in accordance with the binding methodological specifications, and the recording and assessment of population- and habitat-related parameters. The field work is to be carried out in the survey years 2027 and 2028. Each monitoring area is to be processed once in full within the contract period. As a rule, the processing is intended to take place approximately half in the years 2027 and 2028; deviations of up to 10% between the annual segments are permitted. The contract covers a total of eleven monitoring areas in Saxony-Anhalt. For each monitoring area, the designated areas of the federal monitoring as well as the area pools of the state monitoring are to be processed.
