TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Aprepitant (ATC: A04AD12 - in the form of hard capsules) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not given. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt during the contract period tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual regulations.
