TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient Atomoxetine (ATC: N06BA09 - in the form of hard capsules) with the possibility to conclude contracts at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Accession or contract conclusion may occur at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contractual negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract term in accordance with the relevant procurement law regulations, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
