TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient Brivaracetam (ATC: N03AX23) with the possibility to conclude at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Joining or concluding the contract can be done at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.08.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract period in accordance with the relevant public procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
