TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Entecavir (ATC: J05AF10 - in the form of film-coated tablets) with the possibility to conclude at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract will be concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the start date of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract term in accordance with the relevant public procurement regulations, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated accordingly in accordance with the contractual provisions.
