TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate arrangements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of the SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Erythropoietin (ATC: B03XA01 - in strength up to 10,000 IU per dosage unit) with the possibility of concluding the agreement at any time within the framework of a so-called “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not provided. Accession or contract conclusion may take place at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt during the term of the contract, in accordance with the applicable procurement-law provisions, were to tender exclusive contracts for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
