Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Erythropoietin (ATC: B03XA01 - in the strength of more than 10,000 IU per dosage unit) with the option to conclude at any time within the scope of a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity does not apply. Accession or the conclusion of a contract may take place at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues calls for tenders for exclusivity contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated accordingly in accordance with the contractual provisions.
