TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount arrangements in accordance with Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active substance Erythropoietin (ATC: B03XA01 - in the strength above 10,000 IU per dosage unit) with the possibility of concluding the agreement at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not provided. Accession and/or contract conclusion may take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not carried out. The earliest possible start date of the contract is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the start date of the contract. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract and in accordance with the applicable procurement law regulations, publishes calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
