TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance follitropin alfa (ATC: G03GA05), with the possibility to conclude the agreement at any time, under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is granted. Accession and/or conclusion of the contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on that, the maximum contract term is 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of when the contract begins. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues calls for tenders for exclusivity agreements for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement-law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
