TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate arrangements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of Book V of the German Social Code (SGB V) for finished medicinal products containing the active substance follitropin alfa (ATC: G03GA05), with the option to conclude the agreement at any time, under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity does not apply. Accession and/or conclusion of the contract may be carried out at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest possible start of the contract is 01.11.2026. Starting from this date, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract term, issue calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable tendering law provisions, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
