TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient Golimumab (ATC: L04AB06) with the possibility to conclude at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract term in accordance with the applicable public procurement regulations, contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated according to the contractual provisions.
