TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance interferon beta-1a (ATC: L03AB07 - for subcutaneous use) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Joining or concluding a contract can occur at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028, regardless of the start of the contract. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusivity contracts for the active substances during the contract period in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
