TENDER DESCRIPTION
Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substances Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide (ATC: C09DA24) with the possibility to conclude contracts at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt awards exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract term in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated according to the contractual terms.
