TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance lipegfilgrastim (ATC: L03AA14) with the possibility to conclude at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion may be carried out at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. Based on this, the maximum contract term is 24 months. The contract ends on 30.11.2028 regardless of the contract start. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract term, issues calls for exclusivity agreements for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
