TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance lipegfilgrastim (ATC: L03AA14) with the possibility of concluding such agreements at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not provided. Accession and/or contract conclusion may take place at any time under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations are conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. Starting from that date, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.11.2028 regardless of the start of the contract. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, publishes exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication are terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
