TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount arrangements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance macitentan (ATC: C02KX04) with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time under a so-called "open-house model". A contract is concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not provided. Accession and/or the conclusion of the contract may be carried out at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.11.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt during the contract term, in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, publishes invitations to tender for exclusive contracts for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication shall be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
