TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate arrangements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Macitentan (ATC: C02KX04), with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time, under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is provided. Accession and the conclusion of the contract may be made at any time and under the same conditions. No individual contract negotiations are conducted. The earliest possible contract start date is 01.11.2026. Starting from this date, the contract term is at most 24 months. The contract ends on 31.10.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract term, issues invitations to tender for exclusive agreements for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual terms.
