TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Midazolam (ATC: N03AE02) with the possibility of conclusion at any time under a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.09.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 31.08.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract period in accordance with the relevant procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
