TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient Nebivolol (ATC: C07AB12) with the possibility to conclude contracts at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. There is no exclusivity. Joining or concluding a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the maximum contract duration is 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the contract period, tender exclusivity contracts for the active ingredients in accordance with the relevant procurement law regulations, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated accordingly according to the contractual provisions.
