Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a paragraph 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active substance Nebivolol (ATC: C07AB12) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model." A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not granted. Accession or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.09.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active substances during the contract term in accordance with the relevant public procurement regulations, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
