TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount arrangements pursuant to Section 130a(8) of SGB V for ready-to-use medicinal products containing the active substance nintedanib (ATC: L01EX09) with the option to conclude at any time under a so-called “open-house model”. A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that satisfies the participation requirements. Exclusivity does not apply. Accession and/or conclusion of the contract can be carried out at any time under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations are not conducted. The earliest possible start date of the contract is 01.12.2026. Starting from this date, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.11.2028 regardless of the start date of the contract. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, issues calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active substances in accordance with the applicable procurement law provisions, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
