TENDER DESCRIPTION

Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a(8) of SGB V for finished medicinal products containing the active ingredient Nintedanib (ATC: L01EX09), with the possibility of concluding the contract at any time, under a so-called "open-house model". A contract is concluded with every pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. No exclusivity is granted. Accession to and the conclusion of the contract can take place at any time under the same conditions. Individual contractual negotiations are not conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.12.2026. Based on this, the contract term is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.11.2028 regardless of the contract start date. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt, during the term of the contract, were to publish calls for tenders for exclusive contracts for the active ingredients in accordance with the applicable tendering law provisions, the contracts concluded within the scope of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
